The sessions have allowed me to focus on myself and make decisions clearly, I am a carer taking care of my husband with terminal cancer and felt lost. I was able to talk about things in a safe space which really supported me to get in a better place emotionally.
It was really good to be able to speak in Punjabi and talk about my anxiety and family related issues, I am thankful for the support.
I went to counselling due to stress and anxiety but after exploring things in a safe space I was able to identify things from my past and abusive marriage were keeping me stuck. I felt I was able to trust Gurchehn and really open up about my issues, I didn't feel judged and felt she was really empathic.
