When the New Year rolls around, we can sometimes feel a sense of pressure rising to be a ‘new you’ or to suddenly start setting intense goals. A lot of the time they are coming from a place of not being enough, or it’s time for you to ‘stop doing’ something. The goal can feel far away and that you need to ‘do’ something before you can relax. This can often come from a critical place, it can feel harsh and forceful, and likely these pressurising goals don’t bring the transformation you were hoping for. What if you could strip back any sort of need to change, and instead, rediscover the true nature that has always resided in you, all it needed was some gentle encouragement to emerge again.
Join Gurchehn and Bryony at We Are Wellness for a nourishing 2-hour workshop on Sunday 26th January from 10am-12pm.
We’ll start with group coaching, allowing each participant to introduce themselves, get comfortable and to set intentions for the time we spend together.
There will be time for everyone to share challenges, actively listen, become curious and to explore underlying beliefs that need space to be heard and understood, before we set actionable steps to takeaway.
We will complete our session with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra. This part of our practice is gentle and grounding, inviting the whole body to enter a deep state of relaxation. There will be time to journal as we offer some prompts to reflect on, to allow your ideas, thoughts and wisdom to come to life on the page.
